Real life case studies are presented, allowing an analysis of the critical issues that were faced by these companies.  Learn how the decisions and actions in these cases led to the consequences that have raised ethical questions. These cases allow us to learn from the past and apply ethics to our current situations.  Cases include Walmart, Firestone, Ford and Tylenol.

The objective of this session is to assist participants in implementing risk identification strategies and systems that will prevent errors and omissions during the insurance prospecting process.  This program is the 1st Module of 3 to qualify for the Certified Personal Insurance Agent (CPIA) designation.

All Insurance Professionals of Collier County classes will be held at Gulfshore Insurance, 4100 Goodlette Rd N, Naples.  Gulfshore Insurance is located at the northeast coner of Goodlette Rd. and Solana Rd. across from Devoe.
